Due to our commitment to the authenticity and quality of the experience, we regret that a majority of dishes cannot be altered to accommodate substitutions for vegetarians, vegans or gluten allergies.

Is there a corkage fee?
$100 for 720ml sake and 750ml wine corkage fee per bottle will apply. Wines or sakes on the menu will not be allowed in.
Is there a maximum number of wine bottles you can bring into the restaurant?
Yes, up to two bottles are allowed.

What are the hours of operation?
5:00pm to 11:30pm (last seating at 8:45pm) on Tuesday- Sunday.

The dress code is Business Chic attire.
Please be prepared for a 2.5-3 hour dining experience.
Can you wear perfume or cologne inside the restaurant?
We encourage that guests do not wear heavy perfumes or colognes to maximize the multi-sensory dining experience.
How can people make a reservation?
What is your reservation cancellation policy?
Reservations cancelled or decrease in number of guests within 48hours prior to the reservation time will be charged the full service amount per person.
What happens if I arrive late?
Guests must all be present to be seated. Tables will be held for 15 minutes after reservation time.
What is the maximum group / party size for the restaurant?
We have one private room and a large table that can accommodate up to eight (8) guests.
How many seatings do you have in one evening?
There are not set seating times, but rather reservations available from 5pm-9pm nightly.
Do you offer private dining?
With multiple private and semi-private spaces available, we have a variety of options for up to eight (8) guests per table. Please let us know at the time of reservation and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer a counter experience with the Chef?
Every dining experience is like being in the kitchen with the chef because of the grills at the table, but there is not a counter experience.
Do you have Covid 19 restrictions / precautions?
Should you feel as though you are ill or have symptoms defined by the CDC, please refrain from visiting. No other additional restrictions are in place at this time.
